Key Responsibilities:
- Design customized travel experiences based on client preferences and budgets.
- Provide expert advice on destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities, including regional options across New England and national or international destinations.
- Handle bookings, reservations, and travel logistics with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Communicate professionally with clients via email, phone, and video calls, maintaining consistent follow-up and documentation.
- Monitor travel trends, promotions, and relevant certifications to ensure up-to-date recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in travel planning, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
