Pay: $50,000–$60,000

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 100% Onsite | Flexible 8:00 AM or 9:00 AM Start

A manufacturing company is seeking an organized and dependable Administrative & Financial Coordinator to support daily business operations and company leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Pull and maintain reports
  • Assist with financial and administrative tasks
  • Track transactions and maintain accurate records
  • Support the Owner and Executive Team
  • Work with internal teams, including sales and field personnel
  • Help keep office operations running smoothly

Qualifications

Required:

  • Strong reporting and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills

Preferred:

  • Financial or accounting experience
  • Experience working with small businesses
  • Manufacturing industry experience
