CDL-A Truck Driver - Dedicated Round Trips

We are hiring experienced CDL-A drivers based in the Monroe, LA area to operate a specialized fleet transporting ATVs from a manufacturer to regional dealerships. This role is suited to professional drivers seeking structured freight, consistent mileage, newer equipment, and a compensation package that includes weekly earnings, load-based pay, a sign-on bonus, and full benefits.

• Compensation
  • Weekly average: $1,730–$1,923
  • Annual average: $90,000–$100,000
  • 2,400–2,500+ miles per week (top drivers average 12,000 miles per month)
  • Sign-on bonus: $6,000 total
• Load profile
  • All loads are round trip
  • Pickup is by appointment
  • Most drivers complete about 2 loads per week
  • Loads generally include 2–4 total stops
  • Loads typically carry 8 units
• Additional pay
  • Stop pay: $75
  • Ranger pay per load: $12
  • Securement pay per car: $12
• Equipment
  • Automatic Volvos, Freightliners, Internationals, and Kenworths
  • Fleet vehicles are three years old or newer

• Qualifications
  • Valid CDL-A
