What You’ll Lead

  • Direct and coordinate daily tooling workflows to achieve consistent throughput and top-tier quality.
  • Coach, develop, and guide tooling technicians and machine operators to elevate performance and craftsmanship.
  • Track tooling performance, analyze trends, and drive corrective actions and continuous improvements.
  • Uphold plant safety practices and adhere to all company procedures and standards.
  • Partner closely with engineering and production to refine and optimize tooling processes.
  • Control tooling inventory, schedule preventive maintenance, and minimize downtime.
  • Perform routine inspections and audits to verify equipment readiness and compliance.
  • Deliver hands-on training and share best practices across the team.

How You’ll Succeed

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a technical degree is preferred.
  • Demonstrated background in tooling or manufacturing environments.
