Are you a friendly, welcoming team player who enjoys people as much as pets? Are you able to create a comforting experience for our clients and patients when they come to our practice; helping them to feel welcome and appreciated?
This is the candidate we are looking for!
We need you to:
*Attract potential customers by confidently answering product and service questions; suggest information about other products and services recommend by the doctors/hospital.
*Complete existing and new client check-in process efficiently and in a timely manner.
* Maintains proper documentation of patient and client accounts. Updating and collecting current information as needed.
*Resolve clients questions regarding product and/or service.
*Maintains financial accounts by processing client payments. Completes end of day balancing and reporting.
*Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
*Smile!
Skills/Qualifications:
Outstanding customer service, problem solving, attention to detail as well as multi-tasking, excellent computer skills, great listener, and comfortable with busy phones. Some Veterinary experience preferred but not required.
Average 20+ hours per week. Candidate must be personable, dependable and available to work some weekends, evenings and holidays.
