- Handle bookings, reservations, ticketing, and travel logistics with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Communicate professionally with clients by email, phone, and video calls; coordinate schedules across time zones, including U.S. Eastern Time when required.
- Monitor travel trends, promotions, industry updates, and relevant certifications to maintain expertise.
- Qualifications
