Class A CDL OTR Truck Driver
10-4 Logistics USA is actively hiring full-time W-2 company drivers to transport dry van freight throughout our over-the-road (OTR) network. Based in Fort Wayne, Indiana, this position is designed for solo drivers seeking premium equipment, reliable miles, and consistent weekend home time. Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).
- At least one year of verifiable OTR or regional tractor-trailer experience within the last two years.
- Professional conduct and a strong commitment to highway safety standards.
Fleet Responsibilities
- Safely transport dry van freight throughout the contiguous 48 states.
- Efficiently manage preloaded and drop-and-hook customer freight with no-touch loading and unloading.
- Complete routine daily pre-trip and post-trip commercial vehicle safety inspections.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) hours-of-service records in accordance with applicable safety regulations.
Compensation and Benefits
- Experienced Driver Pay: Average weekly earnings of $1,750 to $2,000, with a competitive rate of $0.71 per mile.
- Refresher Pay Phase: Qualified drivers returning to active OTR operations receive a guaranteed weekly training rate of $1,200.
- Guaranteed Home Time: Predictable scheduling with guaranteed home time every weekend for the required 34-hour reset.
