At Holland Sharpe, we help manufacturers, contractors, and industrial leaders assemble the teams that keep projects moving. We’re adding a Field Business Development Executive to expand our Nashville market and surrounding areas.

How you’ll grow the market

  • Conduct 50+ daily outbound calls to generate net-new opportunities
  • Prospect, qualify, and win new client accounts
  • Cover the Nashville territory (1–1.5 hour radius) efficiently
  • Lead face-to-face meetings with decision-makers
  • Expand revenue within existing customers and new departments
  • Own pipeline management, forecasting, and KPIs
  • Collaborate with recruiting to fulfill client demand

What you’ll need

  • 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience
  • Documented success in prospecting and closing new business
  • History managing a $1M+ business portfolio
  • End-to-end full cycle sales and territory ownership
  • Background in staffing, industrial, construction, or manufacturing is a plus
  • Comfort with a high-activity, KPI-driven environment
  • Excellent follow-up, organization, and communication
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
