About the Role

A fast-growing, Y Combinator–backed AI SaaS startup is looking for a Content Creator, Video to define how an entire category gets talked about. This role sits at the intersection of storytelling, product understanding, and AI-driven workflows. You'll be the on-camera face of the brand — translating complex AI and market research concepts into compelling, trust-building content that grows an audience and drives demand.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end content creation: concept, script, film, edit, and publish
• Create short-form video content that cuts through the noise on TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Show up consistently on camera to build trust and grow a loyal audience
• Turn real customer use cases into stories that make people say "I need this"
• Explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences without oversimplifying
• Capture the energy, speed, and craft of how the team works — making viewers feel part of something
• Document the company journey and create content that attracts both users and future teammates
• Build repeatable content formats that compound over time
• Test relentlessly, identify what works, and double down
• Develop long-form content formats (e.g. podcast series) as the role evolves

What We're Looking For

• Required:
• Genuine interest in AI and eagerness to push the boundaries of AI-driven products
• Technical or product-focused background with strong CS fundamentals
• Proven experience creating video content for SaaS and/or AI-focused products
• High agency, ownership mindset, and willingness to do unglamorous work
• Detail-oriented with consistently high standards in output quality
• Strong verbal and written communication skills — concise and effective
• High energy, fast-paced work style with the ability to perform under pressure
• Ability to be on-site in San Francisco, CA

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $80,000 – $150,000 USD annually
• No visa sponsorship available

Location

This is a fully on-site role based in San Francisco, CA. Candidates must be willing and able to work from the SF office.
