Based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, you will serve as the primary guide for travelers seeking thoughtfully planned, memorable journeys. In this role you will assist clients in defining travel goals, develop tailored itineraries, answer inquiries, and coordinate logistics to ensure each experience is seamless. The position blends a passion for travel with strong interpersonal skills, clear communication, and attention to detail. You will collaborate with colleagues and work independently to deliver high-quality service to clients in the Twin Cities area and beyond.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Consulting with clients to understand travel preferences and objectives.
  • Developing and recommending travel plans and itineraries that meet client needs.
  • Responding to client questions and providing timely, accurate information.
  • Coordinating logistics and using digital platforms to manage bookings and documentation.
