Based in Austell, GA, this role ensures every semi-trailer in our fleet performs safely and dependably. As a Fleet Semi‑Trailer Maintenance Specialist, you’ll combine preventive care with expert repair, working shoulder-to-shoulder with a supportive team.

What you’ll take on

  • Thoroughly inspect trailers and diagnose brake, suspension, and electrical concerns.
  • Execute preventive services: oil changes, tire rotations, and brake adjustments.
  • Restore reliability by repairing or replacing worn or damaged components to safety standards.
  • Document all work performed with precise, trailer-specific records.
  • Team up with peers to tackle complex mechanical challenges.
  • Continuously improve by adopting new techniques and industry best practices.
  • Operate with a safety-first mindset and keep your work area orderly and clean.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; automotive/diesel certification preferred.
  • Demonstrated mechanic experience, ideally on semi-trailers or heavy-duty vehicles.
  • Proficiency with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Comfort reading and interpreting technical manuals and schematics.
  • Analytical problem-solver with strong attention to detail.
  • Effective working solo and collaboratively.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving history.
