Mechanical CAD/PLM Engineer — Autodesk Inventor Focus
Do you think in models, speak in GD&T, and thrive where the CAD screen meets the production line? At Phoenix Stamping, you’ll transform customer intent into manufacturable sheet metal solutions, guiding projects from concept to plant launch across our Atlanta, GA; Fort Wayne, IN; and Fort Worth, TX operations.
Could This Be You?
- When handed a sample part and a stack of drawings, you can pinpoint critical features and functional risks.
- You’re fluent in Autodesk Inventor (or equivalent) and at home in PLM (Autodesk Vault or similar).
- You enjoy building the full digital thread: 3D models, drawings, ERP part data, and complete release packages.
- On the floor, you collaborate through Kata and continuous improvement to make great designs run even better.

You keep documentation airtight, maintain ERP part data, and shepherd engineering changes with cross-functional partners. Along the way, you enforce our Design and Drawing manuals and push proactive DFM improvements for manufacturability, repeatability, and cost.
