365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates and newly licensed drivers in the Austin area for a paid 4- to 6-week mentor program that leads to solo regional driving. This opportunity is designed for new drivers seeking hands-on road training, modern equipment, full benefits after training, and a clear path into regional routes across the Midwest and East. Schedules are structured to help drivers stay closer to home in Austin and surrounding Texas communities.

Route details

• Begin with a paid mentor program focused on safe, professional driving skills

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs and paperwork
• Communicate professionally with mentors, dispatch, and customers

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Graduate of an accredited CDL school
• Clean motor vehicle record
• Able to meet DOT physical requirements and complete required pre-employment screenings
• Safety-first mindset, reliability, coachability, and professional communication
• No prior over-the-road experience required
