Regional Class A Company Truck Driver
10-4 Logistics USA is hiring full-time W-2 Class A CDL drivers based in Shreveport, LA. Opportunities are available across OTR, Regional, and Dedicated fleets, with most routes operating east of I-35. We provide steady freight, reliable home time, and a competitive pay and benefits package. Modern equipment and benefits begin on day one. We hire experienced drivers and also accept recent CDL school graduates who meet the paid training requirements (minimum 120 hours of instruction).
Compensation and benefits
- Weekly pay range: $1,400 to $1,800, paid by direct deposit every Friday; exact pay varies by experience and route.
- Paid training: fully paid three- to five-week program for qualifying new graduates.
- Bonus opportunities: safety and performance bonuses available.
- Home time: weekly or every two weeks, depending on fleet assignment.
- Late-model equipment: assigned 2024 or 2025 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors.

Typical day on the job
- Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer in compliance with DOT and company regulations.
- Haul no-touch dry van freight, approximately 70% drop-and-hook, for major customers across the Eastern U.S.
- Manage schedules to meet pickup and delivery commitments.
- Maintain accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs.
- Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL.
- Experienced drivers are welcome; new graduates accepted with at least 120 hours of CDL training.
- Satisfactory driving record and strong safety focus.
- Able to pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug test.
