Shape inventory accuracy from the moment freight lands
Own the inbound flow of small parts and equipment—receiving, verifying against purchase orders, and putting away product quickly and precisely to protect financial controls and keep inventory levels accurate. Your day is paced and purposeful, with most of your time on equipment and the remainder focused on quality and safety best practices.
What a day looks like

- Review shipments, flag and report discrepancies or damage immediately.
- Generate inbound marker/scan details in the system to initiate receipt.
- Transport materials via reach truck to designated storage pending audit and verification.
- Audit by scanning and visually confirm part accuracy and counts against purchase orders; escalate mismatches.
- Place product into primary stocking locations quickly and accurately.
- Proactively correct labels, locations, or data issues as items are stocked.
Quality and Safety (about 20%)
- Follow work instructions for labeling, packaging, securing, and storing materials.
- Select the proper pallets and cartons per SOP to maintain a safe, stable load.
- Perform equipment startup safety checks at the beginning of every shift.
