Be part of our materials innovation lab
Start your afternoon by checking the production queue, preparing blends, and setting up equipment for scheduled trials. Through the evening, you’ll rotate between mixing, milling, pelletizing, and testing small-batch polymer compounds—capturing data and ensuring each run follows safety and laboratory procedures. You’ll wrap up by packaging samples and recording results in our lab system so the team can build on your work the next day.
