Founding Product Manager

About the Role

This is a founding-level product management opportunity at an early-stage, venture-backed AI-powered B2B SaaS company in the sales automation space. You'll shape the product vision and strategy across Web, Desktop, and Mobile — partnering directly with the CTPO, engineering, and design to build AI-first, agentic experiences used by sales teams across Europe. You'll have end-to-end ownership and a real opportunity to build the product organization from the ground up.

What You'll Do

  • Co-own and shape the product vision and strategy together with the CTPO.
  • Own product discovery and delivery end-to-end — from problem definition through launch and iteration.
  • Design and build AI-first and agentic product experiences across the platform.
  • Drive cross-platform product coherence across Web, Desktop, and Mobile.
  • Establish and scale product processes, tooling, and organizational practices as the team grows.
  • Align cross-functional teams — engineering, design, and leadership — through clear communication and stakeholder management.

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on engineering-heavy, technically complex products.
  • Fluency in German (dealbreaker — required for this role).
  • Proven track record delivering AI-powered features or products and managing the AI product lifecycle.
  • Experience as a Founding PM or Lead PM, with demonstrated ability to set strategy and build from scratch.
  • Strong end-to-end ownership mindset — from discovery through delivery and iteration.
  • Experience leading and aligning cross-functional teams (engineering, design, executives).
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making, with the ability to define success metrics and KPIs.
  • Strong technical fundamentals — either through a technical education or hands-on engineering background.

Nice to Have:

  • Background in sales tech, CRM integrations, or enterprise SaaS.
  • Experience working at a high-growth early-stage startup.

Location & Work Arrangement

This role is based on-site in Munich, Germany. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.
