What You’ll Do

• Handle complex, hands-on maintenance and technical tasks at job locations
• Lead crews, share know-how, and support teammates in the field
• Troubleshoot, prioritize, and complete work efficiently and safely
• Follow all company procedures and maintain rigorous safety standards
• Pitch in with physical labor and operational duties as needed

• Proven background in a skilled trade or technical role
• High mechanical aptitude and strong technical proficiency
• Dependability, attention to detail, and a leadership mindset
• Valid driver’s license preferred
