Job Summary

Our client is recruiting Polish-speaking Customer Service Agents for a customer support position carried out remotely from Greece. The role is suitable for entry-level candidates and requires relocation to Greece prior to the start date.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support in Polish using phone, email, and digital channels

  • Handle customer requests and questions in line with defined procedures

  • Deliver accurate and timely information regarding services or products

  • Record interactions and resolutions in internal systems

  • Follow quality standards and operational guidelines

  • Escalate cases that cannot be resolved at first level

Requirements

  • Fluent spoken and written Polish

  • Good command of English (level B2)

  • No previous customer service experience required

  • Basic computer skills and ability to work with multiple tools

  • Good communication skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup

  • Willingness to relocate and live in Greece
