You start your morning in SAP, refining cost estimates and validating material masters, BOMs, and routings for a new precision part. A quick sync with engineering and the shop floor clarifies specs so your costs are spot‑on. Before lunch, you analyze a rush inquiry: capacity and material availability are checked with SAP/FastPro, you confirm a lead time, and you line up a production order with critical dates shared to stakeholders. The afternoon brings a new product revision—fixtures, CNC/CMM programs, and drawings are updated; master data is verified for accuracy; and you close the day by reviewing planned vs. actual costs on completed jobs and resolving exception messages to keep the schedule flowing.
