Your Mission

As our incident response point for equipment issues on the road, you’ll be the operational heartbeat that keeps freight moving. You’ll coordinate repairs, towing, and rentals; support drivers with clear instructions; and ensure every incident is documented, billed correctly, and fed back into maintenance follow-ups.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Coach drivers through breakdowns: Answer calls, explain protocols, and guide next steps.
  • Activate the right partners: Engage the nearest qualified repair facilities; dispatch towing when necessary.
  • Keep loads on schedule: Secure rental equipment to reduce downtime.
  • Protect the details: Update warranty fields; maintain complete incident records; audit invoices for accurate billing.
  • Elevate the team: Show up reliably; contribute in meetings and training; assist with onboarding and serve as backup; support special projects.

Your Toolkit

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Two or more years of administrative experience preferred.

Rhythm of the Role

  • When you work: Tuesday–Saturday, 1:30 PM–10:00 PM
  • What you earn: $18/hour plus shift differential

Where You’ll Work

In a dynamic manufacturing and distribution center with moderate to high noise, temperature swings, and active material handling equipment. You may spend stretches standing or walking on concrete and will use PPE such as safety glasses and steel-toed boots. The environment is fast-paced, time- and safety-sensitive, and may involve varied shifts aligned to production and distribution demands.
