Job Overview

We are seeking a remote Client Experience Specialist to support clients through scheduling, coordination, and service-related communication in a fast-paced remote environment. This remote role is open to candidates based in Mobile, AL and the surrounding area and requires availability during Central Time business hours. Training will be provided. Candidates from diverse professional backgrounds who are eager to learn and grow are encouraged to apply.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage client communications and support requests in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinate schedules and appointment-related tasks
• Assist with service updates and client follow-ups
• Maintain accurate records and update systems as required
• Provide a consistent, professional client experience across channels
