Junior Commercial Driver's License Truck Driver

You have earned your Class A CDL and are ready to build a career. We are seeking recent CDL school graduates to join our expanding Eastern fleet, with opportunities based out of the Boston, MA area. Our paid training program is designed for new drivers who want mentoring from experienced drivers, time on the road to build confidence, and immediate pay while training.

• $1,600–$1,800+ weekly

Typical assignment and equipment

• Predictable regional routes serving the New England/Mid‑Atlantic region
• Approximately 3,000 miles per week
• No‑touch dry van freight
• Majority of loads are drop‑and‑hook
• Brand‑new automatic trucks, fully loaded and assigned to each driver
• No slip seating
• 24/7 dispatch support
• Home time options: home weekly or home every other week

Training program

• Paid training available to drivers who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL school instruction
• Work with an experienced mentor focused on safety and on‑road skills
• Gain the experience required to transition into regular regional driving assignments

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 120 hours of CDL school instruction
• Satisfactory driving record
• Must meet DOT and hiring requirements
• Available to start as soon as possible
