Role snapshot
- Assemble major coach structures and systems: roofs, cable harnesses, mounted parts, electrical racks and panels, air supply racks, and piping assemblies.
- Bond and align floor panels; install windows and door assemblies.
- Fit interior components: insulation, sidewalls, seats, and luggage racks.
- Route/terminate electrical wiring harnesses to subassemblies and final points.
- Disassemble, modify, rework, refurbish, and reassemble parts as needed.
- Interpret production blueprints, wiring diagrams, parts and wire lists, sketches, and verbal directions to build electrical or electro-mechanical subassemblies.
- Perform small-part assembly requiring high dexterity and fine motor control.

- Monday–Thursday, 4:00pm–5:30am
Qualifications
- High school diploma or state-recognized GED; or comparable experience in manufacturing or similar trades (electrical panel assembly, construction, automotive, or electrical service).
- Basic English communication (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with reading blueprints, diagrams, and parts lists preferred.
Physical requirements
- Frequent walking; reaching; stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling.
- Frequent stair, step, and ladder climbing.
- Routine work on elevated platforms and overhead.
- Occasional lifting/moving up to 40 lbs.
- Visual acuity: close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus.

Pay and benefits details
Hourly rate (Lexington, NC): $17.00 – $20.91. Actual rate may vary based on budget as well as your experience, knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
