Role overview

• Mid-level Product Engineer (2–8 years) contributing across the full stack for startups scaling product and infrastructure.
• Compensation: $150,000 – $300,000+ base salary depending on experience; many roles include meaningful equity.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end product features: scope requirements, design APIs and data models, implement frontend and backend code, and deploy to production.
• Ship user-facing experiences that balance usability and performance.
• Integrate AI/LLM capabilities into product flows.
• Design and implement scalable backend services and operational tooling.
• Collaborate directly with founders, product, and design to deliver outcomes.

Minimum qualifications

• 2–8 years of software engineering experience, with proven delivery of shipped user-facing products.
• Strong full-stack skills: TypeScript and React/Next.js plus backend experience in Python or Node.js.
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS or GCP).
• Experience integrating LLMs or other AI services into production applications.
• Comfort operating in small teams with limited process and high ambiguity.
