Thread Rolling Machine Operator

We are seeking a dependable Roll Thread Machine Operator to join a growing manufacturing team. This position is responsible for setting up and operating thread rolling equipment to produce precision-threaded metal components. Candidates should be mechanically inclined and comfortable working with metalworking machinery, tooling, and measuring equipment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Set up and operate roll thread machines
• Select and install proper tooling and dies according to job requirements
• Perform die changes and make machine/tooling adjustments
• Monitor machine operation and product quality
• Use calipers and other basic measuring tools for in-process inspections
• Troubleshoot basic machine or tooling issues

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1+ year of thread rolling experience preferred, but not required
• Prior experience operating metalworking or manufacturing machinery required
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using hand tools
• Able to perform basic measurements using tape measure
• Able to follow work instructions and production requirements
• Valid Driver's License required
• Willingness to learn and train on thread rolling equipment
