10-4 Logistics USA is hiring CDL‑A Regional Drivers to operate from Latham, NY, on a Northeast regional fleet offering consistent weekly home time, mileage‑based pay, and a $4,000 sign‑on bonus. Drivers typically haul freight through the Northeast corridor—from Northern North Carolina through Maine and as far west as Eastern Ohio—with regular home time on Saturdays and Sundays for a 34‑hour reset.
- Sign‑on bonus: $4,000
- Pay: $0.80–$0.85 per mile
- Home time: Saturday and Sunday for a 34‑hour reset
- Average miles: Approximately 1,500 miles per week (dependent on hours and freight)

- Performance bonus: Up to $0.03 per mile (up to 3 CPM) based on safety, mileage, and productivity

Lane details

Occasional routes outside the primary area may be used to maximize miles while preserving weekly reset time. Drivers who opt to remain out instead of returning home for their reset may be eligible to run additional weekend freight for extra miles and pay. Willingness to drive into New York City is advantageous but not required.
