Your Responsibilities

• Build mechanical components and systems by following detailed work instructions
• Operate hand tools and smart torque drills to exact specifications
• Conduct in-process and final inspections to confirm quality and accuracy
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols
• Report defects or issues to a supervisor quickly for resolution
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve production milestones

Qualifications

• 6–12+ months of mechanical assembly experience
• High school diploma or equivalent (verification required)
• Computer literacy for tracking progress and following digital instructions
• Team-oriented, detail-focused, and quick to learn
• Capable of standing, material handling, and repetitive tasks in a manufacturing setting

Schedule & Shifts

• Monday–Friday, overtime available
• 1st Shift: 7:15 AM – 4:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:45 AM

Pay

• Mechanical: $19.00/hr (1st) | $20.90/hr (2nd)
• Cleanroom: $20.00/hr (1st) | $22.00/hr (2nd)
