Junior Commercial Driver's License Truck Driver

You have earned your CDL and are ready to build a career. We are seeking CDL school graduates to join our expanding Eastern fleet serving Virginia Beach and the surrounding Hampton Roads/Tidewater area. Our paid training program is designed for new drivers who want to learn from experienced mentors, gain confidence on the road, and begin earning without delay.

• $1,600–$1,800+ weekly
• Paid every Friday

Position highlights:

• Predictable regional routes serving Virginia Beach and the surrounding region
• Approximately 3,000 miles each week
• No-touch dry van freight
• Most loads are drop-and-hook
• Brand-new automatic trucks, fully loaded and assigned to each driver
• No slip seating
• 24/7 support from dispatch

Home time options:

• Home weekly
• Home every other week

Training program:

Drivers who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL school instruction may qualify for the paid training program. Trainees work with an experienced mentor, focus on safety, and gain the practical experience necessary to progress with confidence.

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 120 hours of CDL school instruction
• Satisfactory driving record
• Ability to meet DOT and hiring requirements
• Availability to start as soon as possible

Qualified candidates should meet the requirements listed above and be prepared to work regional routes based out of the Virginia Beach area.
