The Compliance Manager oversees and integrates the Company’s Quality, Food Safety, Environmental, Health, Safety, and Regulatory Compliance programs. This role ensures compliance with all applicable Federal, State, Local, customer, and third-party certification requirements while driving continuous improvement across safety, quality, and operational performance. The Compliance Manager serves as the site subject-matter expert for OSHA, EHS, SQF, GMPs, sanitation, pest control, product quality, and regulatory reporting and partners closely with Operations, HR, Maintenance, and corporate teams to maintain a safe, compliant, and high-performing manufacturing environment.
*A reasonable estimate of the current range is $80,000-90,000 + bonus + benefits. Develop and administer quality and food safety programs.
Serve as SQF Practitioner and maintain SQF system integrity.
Ensure adherence to established plant rules and procedures that promote compliance with customer service-related activities, including, but not limited to:- Following run-order specifications for each product.
Oversee sanitation and pest control programs.
Conduct quality audits and maintain inspection records.
Support customer audits and quality inquiries.
Other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.
