Next, you move to the bench to assemble mechanical components, then finish the day by helping with inventory counts and material organization—all while maintaining a safe, spotless workspace and swapping ideas with teammates to improve the process.
Your responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical problems on production equipment.
- Assemble mechanical components and systems according to requirements.
- Uphold safety and housekeeping standards; keep tools and areas organized.
- Work with team members to optimize production processes and flow.
- Record maintenance, repair, and assembly activities with accuracy.
- Participate in inventory management and routine warehouse operations.
