No prior insurance experience is required. Licensed and unlicensed candidates are welcome.

What You'll Do
- Speak with individuals who have requested information about insurance.
- Conduct phone and video appointments.
- Learn about clients' needs and help identify appropriate insurance options.
- Guide clients through the application process.
- Follow up with clients and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in training and coaching to continue developing your skills.
What We're Looking For
You don't need to have an insurance background. We're looking for someone who is:
- Motivated and dependable
- Self-directed and organized
- Comfortable communicating with people by phone and video
- Coachable and willing to learn
- Able to manage their time and follow through on commitments
- Interested in building a flexible, long-term career
- Comfortable working independently from a home environment
An active insurance license is a plus, but not required to apply. Licensing guidance and support are available.
Compensation
- 1099 independent contractor
- Commission-only compensation; no hourly wage or base salary
- Uncapped earning potential based on individual sales performance
- Performance-based bonus opportunities may be available
- Compensation varies based on products sold and individual performance
