Caddis Solutions is a Maryland-based engineering company supporting mission-critical work across the U.S. Department of War and Intelligence Community. Our engineers solve challenging technical problems across software, cloud, SI/ML, data, and systems engineering.
As a small company, we offer something larger organizations often can’t: direct access to leadership, less bureaucracy, greater individual impact, and highly competitive compensation. We invest in strong engineers, give them room to grow, and focus on creating an environment where talented people can do meaningful work without getting buried in corporate overhead.
Help a Linux-based platform run smoothly, then make it better. You’ll work in a Platform-as-a-Service environment built around secure, highly available Kubernetes clusters, combining software integration, platform engineering, and hands-on problem-solving. It’s a chance to see how thoughtful automation and practical troubleshooting improve the experience of running containerized services.
If you enjoy both getting a service working and figuring out how to keep it dependable, this role brings those interests into a modern container environment.
This role requires at least 6 years of relevant experience with a qualifying bachelor’s degree, or 11 years of relevant experience without a bachelor’s degree.
