Field Account Representative, Coffee Service Routes

Ready to Own a Territory, a Truck, and the Customer Experience?

Imagine walking into a client’s breakroom and knowing the coffee station is spotless, stocked, and pouring perfectly because of you. As a Field Account Representative for Coffee Service Routes, you’ll provide route relief, safeguard product availability, and elevate every visit into a chance to build loyalty and grow sales.

How You’ll Succeed

  1. Deliver with precision: Run scheduled stops, deliver coffee/tea and related items, rotate stock, and keep beverage stations compliant with standards.
  2. Protect quality daily: Sanitize and maintain equipment and complete a minimum of one CQC (Cup Quality Check) each day.
  3. Be the customer advocate: Surface issues quickly to the Area Sales Manager (ASM) and ensure satisfaction at every account.
  4. Run the business: Manage invoices, inventory, and collections whenever you’re on a route.
  5. Grow Revenue per Stop: Close distribution voids on core SKUs, execute seasonal and LTO promotions, and carry out pricing actions—always leaving the beverage station set to standard.
  6. Spot and share insights: Notify the ASM about inefficiencies, dissatisfaction, or new opportunities discovered while handling route relief.
  7. Pitch in broadly: Support inventory cycle counts, warehouse operations, and customer projects; learn basic brewing equipment repairs/adjustments.
  8. Sell with a method: Consistently apply the Farmer Brothers customer call process (the Farmer Brothers Way to Sell); make supplemental sales calls when time permits.
