Regional Class A Company Truck Driver

10-4 Logistics USA is hiring full-time W2 Class A CDL drivers based in Lake Charles, LA. Opportunities are available across OTR, Regional, and Dedicated fleets operating from the Lake Charles area, with most freight running east of I‑35. We offer steady freight, reliable home time, modern equipment, and a comprehensive pay and benefits package. Day-one benefits and paid training are available for qualified candidates.

Typical day on the job

  • Safely operate a Class A tractor‑trailer in accordance with DOT and company regulations.
  • Haul no‑touch dry van freight, approximately 70% drop-and-hook, for major customers across the Eastern U.S.
  • Manage schedules to meet pickup and delivery commitments.
  • Maintain accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs.
  • Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members.
  • Perform daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections.

Who we are looking for

  • Valid Class A CDL.
  • Experienced drivers are welcome; new graduates with at least 120 hours of CDL instruction are eligible for paid training.
  • Satisfactory driving record and a strong focus on safety.
  • Ability to pass DOT physical and pre‑employment drug test.
