A Day in the Life
You start your shift on the sales floor, greeting a customer searching for frames that match both their prescription and their personality. You guide them through styles that fit their lifestyle, then take precise measurements—pupillary distance, bridge size, and temple length—to ensure comfort and clarity. A quick frame adjustment later, they’re feeling confident and excited about their new look.
Between consultations, you process a return at the POS, answer a product question over the phone, and tidy a display to keep the showroom inviting. A shipment arrives—you receive, verify, and stock new inventory before jumping into a brief team huddle for updates. Later, you assemble a pair of glasses, educate another guest on lens options and care, and document everything in line with privacy and security standards. Throughout the day, you collaborate with teammates, support store goals, and deliver service that reflects the brand.
