Machine Operator
The Machine Operator sets up and operates converting equipment (Beck, Clark Aiken power cutter, industrial laminator) to produce materials within quality standards and tolerances.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up, adjust, and operate assigned equipment; assist with other machines as needed.
Select, verify, and load materials per order requirements; report discrepancies.
Transfer, package, and label finished materials; maintain work area cleanliness.
Monitor supplies and equipment; complete inventory and production records.
Meet production standards and report any issues or improvements to the supervisor.
Follow all company rules, quality standards, and internal documentation procedures.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and cross-functional environment.
