Industrial Equipment Reliability Technician
Step into a shift where your mechanical expertise keeps a busy production floor humming. As an Industrial Equipment Reliability Technician on the 2nd or 3rd shift, you’ll be the go-to problem solver for complex machinery—anticipating issues before they occur and tackling urgent repairs with confidence.
A day in the life
As production ramps up, you begin with preventive and predictive maintenance checks across key assets—conveyors, motors, gearboxes, pumps, and hydraulic systems. When a line signals a fault, you quickly diagnose the mechanical failure, interpret the relevant blueprints and schematics, and execute repairs that minimize downtime. Throughout the shift, you collaborate closely with production and fellow maintenance teammates, always keeping safety and quality standards front and center.
