We are seeking a detail-oriented Digital Dental Designer to join our growing team in Calgary. The ideal candidate will specialize in the digital design of removable prosthetics, specifically dentures and cast partials.
Are you a skilled designer in Crown & Bridge looking to expand your expertise? We are also open to experienced C&B designers who are eager to undergo specialized training in digital denture workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Utilize dental CAD software (e.g., 3Shape, exocad) to design high-quality digital dentures and cast partial frames.
Review digital scans and prescriptions to ensure anatomical accuracy and functional requirements.
Collaborate with clinical teams to troubleshoot complex cases and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain a high level of precision and productivity while meeting daily laboratory deadlines.
(For C&B Designers): Participate in comprehensive training to master the nuances of removable prosthetic design.
Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience in digital dental design is required.
Specialization: Direct experience with dentures and cast partials is strongly preferred.
Transferable Skills: Experience in Crown & Bridge design will be considered for candidates willing to train in removables.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with industry-standard CAD/CAM software.
Detail Oriented: Strong understanding of dental anatomy, occlusion, and various dental materials.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective team collaboration.
