Academic partnership and support

Core responsibilities you will learn
Safety and workplace care
- Perform safety walkthroughs and housekeeping inspections on a daily, weekly, and monthly cadence.
- Own a portion of the site safety program and help implement safety enhancements.
- Support Safe Work Permitting to ensure safe execution of work in production areas.
- Maintain orderly, clean production workspaces.
Systems, documentation, and quality
- Use computer-based systems to generate batch instructions, log production, and manage shipping/receiving transactions.
- Support QC by conducting in-process product testing.
- Complete batch reconciliation to confirm raw material usage against finished product.
Materials handling and packaging
- Receive and ship bulk raw materials and finished products, including loading and unloading operations.
- Package finished goods into totes and drums.
- Operate forklifts to deliver materials to, and remove materials from, production areas.
Candidate profile
- Mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Able to meet the physical demands of the position.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Basic computer proficiency.
