Class A CDL Regional Truck Driver - CDL Graduates Encouraged

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL drivers, including recent graduates, for regional, no‑touch dry van operations across the Eastern Seaboard. Drivers will operate company 53' dry van tractors to complete scheduled regional deliveries while adhering to company and regulatory safety standards.

• Primary responsibilities
  • Safely operate 53' dry van tractors and complete scheduled regional deliveries.
  • Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and basic vehicle care.
  • Handle primarily drop‑and‑hook freight and follow assigned lanes and schedules.
  • Maintain accurate ELD/logbook records and comply with Hours‑of‑Service regulations.
• Compensation and benefits
  • $1,200–$1,400 per week (varies with miles and experience).
  • Per‑mile pay: $0.55–$0.65 depending on experience.
  • $15 per stop.
  • Trainee pay: $650 per week for 4–6 weeks for drivers with under 6 months’ experience.
  • Safety bonus: $0.06 per mile for qualifying drivers meeting incident‑free and fuel economy criteria.
  • $300 paid orientation (one day at nearest hub).
  • Medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off available after 30 days.
• Schedule and operations
  • Regional lanes across the Eastern Seaboard; average approximately 2,500 miles per week.
  • Typical patterns: out ~12 days, home ~2 (bi‑weekly home time is typical).
  • Day or night driving as required.
  • New drivers (under 6 months’ experience) will be paired with a trainer for 4–6 weeks.
• Minimum qualifications
  • Valid Class A CDL and age 21 or older.
  • Graduate of an accredited truck driving school (minimum 120 hours) — recent graduates encouraged to apply.
  • Reasonably clean driving record: no DUI convictions in the past 5 years and no disqualifying felonies or misdemeanors in the past 10 years.
  • No termination from most recent employment for cause.
  • Recent work history: at least 6 months of work in the last year and at least 1 year in the last 3 years.
  • Ability to pass pre‑employment urine and hair drug screens.
  • Willingness to meet required safety and performance standards to remain eligible for assignments and bonus programs.
