Position Summary
We are hiring an experienced ** CNC Machine Operator or Press Brake Operator** for a client near Reno/Sparks, NV. In this role, you will be responsible for metal fabrication, product assembly, and final assembly operations based on engineering drawings and specifications.
💡 ** Note:** CNC experience is required. Press Brake training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC and Press Brake machines to bend and shape metal components
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate production
- Adjust machine settings for precision and efficiency
- Perform quality inspections and ensure products meet specifications
- Identify and report defects or inconsistencies
- Meet production schedules and deadlines
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
Requirements
- Prior experience operating ** CNC machines (required)**
- Press Brake experience is a plus (training provided)
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions
- Basic math skills (fractions, percentages, ratios, proportions)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Steel-toed boots required
- Must pass ** background check and drug screening**
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
