Core responsibilities
- Deliver day-to-day field service across the local territory.
- Perform machine tool installations, startups, and preventive maintenance for CNC machining and turning centers.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
- Resolve customer issues; provide technical sales support and basic training when requested.
- Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders in a professional, solutions-focused way.
- Represent Ellison Technologies with integrity; meet business expectations in every interaction.
- Own your service cases and projects; maintain accurate customer records and technical documentation.
- Support other related tasks as assigned.
Preferred background
- Proven experience installing, maintaining, and repairing CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers.
- Solid troubleshooting skills across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical domains.

Compensation and EEO
• In accordance with Illinois law, the expected salary range for this California position is between $30/hr - $50+/hr. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
