We are seeking a freelance, commission-only College Partnerships Sales Consultant (no salary) to represent Spottal in the United States. This role involves in-person outreach to colleges, presenting Spottal’s enrollment and placement platform, and closing institutional partnerships.
This is a pure performance-based role suited for independent sales professionals with existing access to higher-education decision-makers.
Responsibilities
Visit community colleges, trade schools, and career institutes in assigned regions
Present Spottal’s enrollment and placement platform to:
Enrollment Directors
Admissions Teams
Workforce Development and Career Services leaders
Clearly explain how Spottal:
Increases student enrollment
Improves program value and student outcomes
Schedule demos or follow-up meetings with Spottal’s core team when required
Close partnership agreements and onboard institutions onto the platform
Maintain basic reporting on visits, conversations, and deal status
Experience & Qualifications
Experience selling to colleges, universities, or training institutes
Understanding of student enrollment, admissions, or workforce placement processes
Comfortable with in-person, relationship-driven field sales
Existing higher-education network preferred
Ability to work as an independent contractor or freelancer
Compensation (Commission-Only)
No salary
Compensation is based entirely on performance
50% commission on Spottal’s per-student fee for the first batch enrolled at each institution
20% commission on all subsequent enrollments from that institution for 12 months, provided the consultant continues managing the relationship
There is no cap on:
Number of institutions onboarded
Number of students enrolled
Total commissions earned
