Manufacturing Line Team Lead
Location: Georgetown, TX
Department: Production
Employment Type:
Full-Time | Hourly (Non-Exempt)
A day in the life
You arrive a few minutes early, check overnight output, and walk the floor to greet operators. You align materials and priorities for the day, give a quick huddle to set safety and quality expectations, and then stay close to the action—coaching team members, unblocking workflow, and monitoring takt time. Throughout the shift you track progress, train a new hire on standard work, escalate equipment issues promptly, and help keep the area clean and audit-ready. You finish by updating leadership on production targets and preparing the next team for a smooth handoff.
