CDL-A Entry Level Regional Truck Driver

CDL-A Regional Truck Drivers are needed in the Franklin, Tennessee area. Turn your CDL school training into a full-time regional driving position with hands-on mentor support and paid behind-the-wheel experience. Qualified CDL school graduates begin with an experienced driver mentor, earn $850 per week during training, and transition to an Eastern Regional solo position once they are ready.

Compensation and Training

• $850 per week during the mentor phase
• Experienced driver mentor during the first weeks
• Solo drivers average $1,600–$1,800 or more per week
• Pay deposited every Friday
• Additional earning potential for safe driving and on-time deliveries

Position Highlights

After successfully completing training, you will receive an assigned new truck and begin hauling consistent, year-round dry van freight. The position includes:

Minimum Qualifications
