Job Title: Removable Department Leader
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and leadership-oriented Removable Department Leader to oversee our denture and partial departments. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of prosthetic appliances while managing a team of technicians, optimizing workflows, and maintaining strict production timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Control: Review and approve all cases (wax-ups, setups, and finishes) to ensure they meet lab standards and doctor specifications.
Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and train technicians on advanced removable techniques and digital integration.
Workflow Management: Coordinate daily production schedules to ensure cases are delivered on time without compromising quality.
Technical Expertise: Handle complex "hero cases," including overdentures, All-on-X conversions, and high-end aesthetic setups.
Digital Transition: Oversee the integration of CAD/CAM workflows (3D printing and milling) within the removable department.
Communication: Act as the technical point of contact for clinical questions from dentists regarding case design and troubleshooting.
