Beast Mode Truckin invites recent Class A CDL graduates and experienced drivers to regional runs west of the Mississippi with structured OTR training and predictable schedules.

Primary responsibilities: Safely operate 53' dry van tractors and trailers in compliance with federal, state, and company regulations; complete on-time deliveries; maintain accurate ELD/logbook records; perform drop-and-hook and occasional live load/unload; communicate professionally with dispatch and customers.

Compensation & incentives: $1,000–$1,100 a week (experience-dependent). Per-mile after training: $0.43–$0.57 (sliding scale); experienced drivers typically $0.50–$0.71/mi. Training pay ~ $680/week for drivers with <6 months’ experience. Monthly safety/fuel bonus up to $0.06/mi for qualifying drivers.

Schedule & miles: Regional lanes west of the Mississippi; typical weekly miles 1,800–2,000. Bi-weekly home time with a 34-hour reset; flexible day or night driving as required.

Freight & equipment: 100% no-touch dry van freight (majority drop-and-hook); 53' dry vans.

Training & benefits: Structured over-the-road mentorship for recent graduates; new drivers run with a trainer until competent (typically 4–6 weeks OTR for <6 months’ experience). Medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off available after 30 days.

Minimum qualifications: Valid Class A CDL; age 21+. Recent grads must have completed an accredited truck driving school (minimum 120 hours). Reasonably clean driving record; no DUI within five years. Ability to pass pre-employment urine and hair drug screens; employment and background checks reviewed case-by-case in accordance with applicable law.

Preferred: Previous dry van regional or OTR experience and demonstrated commitment to safety and on-time performance.
