Responsibilities

• Design and analyze mechanical systems and components using CAD software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for new projects.
• Develop and implement testing procedures to validate designs.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and interns.
• Prepare and present project documentation and reports to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to enhance product development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical design and engineering.
• Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience with project management and leading engineering teams is a plus.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license is preferred but not required.
