The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will support Norwegian-speaking customers and provide a high-quality customer experience within the gaming sector.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting Norwegian-speaking customers with their questions and requests
- Providing professional and friendly customer support
- Handling account-related and general service inquiries
- Resolving customer issues efficiently and accurately
- Ensuring a positive customer experience throughout every interaction
- Following internal procedures and quality standards
- Collaborating with an international team
What We're Looking For
- Fluent Norwegian speaker
- Good command of English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented and solution-focused approach
- Comfortable working in an international environment
- Willingness to relocate to Larnaca, Cyprus
- Availability to work onsite
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not essential
